Meatball in a Biscuit Recipe

 Meatballs in a Biscuit

It was my first day my hubby was leaving me on my own with the four girls so I went with something semi-homemade that looked easy and delicious! This recipe could easily be made to serve as an appetizer or a meal.

Ingredients:
Pre-cooked frozen meatballs (thawed)
Mozzarella cheese
Biscuits
Melted butter
Seasonings - I used Italian but oregano, onion, or garlic powder would be other delicious ideas

Optional:
Marinara sauce for dipping

This is very straightforward and all measurements can be altered to how much you want so I am just going to point out some things I can across:
Thaw your meatballs for a bit. My biscuits were done before my meatballs so I ended up cutting them out, cooking longer, then putting back in.
Flatten the biscuits and maybe use two meatballs. We all got full on the bread quickly, but there wasn’t enough meat for it to be a meal.
Add some of the optional seasonings to the inside as well as on the top. It will give it more flavor.
I cooked them according to the biscuit packaging.
